Fully assembled round-trip bike transport service from LPC HQ in Guelph to the 2015 ITU Grand Final in Chicago.
Bike Transport Service to 2015 ITU Grand Final in Chicago
Drop off your bike fully assembled, and we will carefully transport it in an enclosed trailer to Chicago.
Option of transporting an extra wheel and/or wheelset and/or gear bag (limited to the following items: wetsuit, helmet, running shoes, bike shoes, CO2 cartridges, bike pump).
Transport limited to 28 bikes. Please note our transport service sold out prior to the 2014 ITU Grand Final in Edmonton. Our bike transport service will close if/when capacity is reached.

Bike Drop Off To Chicago:
Drop off your bike (fully assembles) at LPC HQ on September 13th between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Bike must be dropped off by 1:00pm

Bike Pick Up In Chicago:
Bikes can be picked up in Chicago on Tuesday Sept 15th from 1:30pm to 2:00pm (Central Time).
Bikes/Gear that are not picked up during this window will be securely stored and pick-up can be arranged.

Look for a white Dodge Ram Pickup Truck attached to a 10' white enclosed trailer that is parked on N St Clair St close to the intersection of N St Clair St and E Huron St.
Bikes/Gear that are not picked up during this window will be securely stored and pick-up can be arranged.

Bike Drop Off Back to Guelph
Bike drop-off takes place on Saturday, September 19th between 3:15pm and 4:00pm (Central Time) at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown/Magnificent Mile. If you are not able to drop off your bike during this time, please make prior arrangements to drop off your bike at an earlier or later day/time.
Bike Pick Up in Guelph
Bikes can be picked up at LPC HQ, beginning Tues AM September 22nd. Call James Loaring at 519-562-5231 to confirm your pick-up time.
Optional Extra Wheel Bag
We will transport an extra wheel bag for an additional $25 round-trip. Please ensure you have properly labelled your wheel bag and have included all items on your Bike Transport Form.
Optional Extra Gear Bag
We will transport your gear bag for an additional $25 round-trip. Gear bags must be in a see-through bag and all items must be labled with your first and last name.

Optional Free Bike/Run Brick Session

Free for Triathlon Ontario Members who have registered for this bike transport service to Chicago.
Tentative details for the "Chicago-Specific" Interval Brick Session on Sept 13th:
Bike from LPC HQ at 9:00am (arrive by 8:45am). The Main Set interval brick takes place at Rolling Hills at ~9:30am.
Warm-up: ~5k ez bike, ~2.5k ez run.
Main Set: 2-4 x (200m run, T1, 3.33k bike, T2, 800m run) at ~Sprint Tri to Standard Tri pacing on ~+5’ rest.
Cool-down: ~800m run ez, ~5k bike ez.
The brick session will be ~2h (including rest) and we expect to arrive back at LPC HQ by 11:15am.
To attend this brick, you must be a member of Triathlon Ontario, and have already registered to transport your bike.
