LPC Group Workout Schedule
All group training is free for all current teamLPC Athletes and LPC Seasonal/Annual Members. All group workouts are sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario and the LPC Triathlon Club. You must be a current member of Triathlon Ontario and the LPC Triathlon Club to take part in Club/Group workouts.
LPC Athletes: inquire with your primary Coach if you would like to attend a group workout that you do not see posted in your personalized TrainingPeaks account.

4 steps to participate in any LPC Zwift Meetup/Event Bike/Run Session:
- Be a current Athlete or Member of the LPC Triathlon Club
- Have a current Triathlon Ontario Membership
WEDNESDAY EVENING BIKE/RUN BRICK *every Wed evening unless noted.

- Jun 18th Bike then Run (Calvary Baptist Church):
- Group Bike WU begins at 530pm from the Calvary Baptist Church (454 Arkell Rd). Bike duration will be ~75mins.
- Group Run WU begins at 7pm from the Calvary Baptist Church (454 Arkell Rd). Run duration will be ~40mins.
- Jun 25th Bike/Run Interval Brick (Rolling Hills):
- Group Bike WU begins at 530pm from St. Ignatius parking lot. Option of joining this Bike WU or meet directly at Rolling Hills subdivision. The MS will begin at ~615pm.
- Jul 1st LPC Canada Day Time Trial
- Jul 2nd Run at Bishop Track
- Group Run WU begins at 530pm from the Bishop Mac Parking Lot (next to the track). Run duration will be ~75mins.
SATURDAY MORNING BIKE *every Saturday at 9am EST unless noted below in red.
- Group Bike WU begins at 9am from the Calvary Baptist Church (454 Arkell Rd).
- Ride will often split into at least 2 different groups based on duration and pace.
- Workout duration typically ~2h (with option of adding some/lots of OT).
SUNDAY MORNING RUN *every Sunday at 9am EST unless noted below in red.
- Where: UofG Arboretum
-meet at Gatehouse by Soccer Complex.
-there is limited parking in the lot at the gatehouse but typically has open spots on a Sunday morning. If there are not any spots available, you can park at the top of the hill by the soccer complex. Both parking lots are free on weekends. - Time: Arrive by 855am. Warm-up begins by 9am. Workout duration ~75'.
