LPC Group Workout Schedule
All group training is free for all current teamLPC Athletes and LPC Seasonal/Annual Members. All group workouts are sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario and the LPC Triathlon Club. You must be a current member of Triathlon Ontario and the LPC Triathlon Club to take part in Club/Group workouts.
LPC Athletes: inquire with your primary Coach if you would like to attend a group workout that you do not see posted in your personalized TrainingPeaks account.

4 steps to participate in any LPC Zwift Meetup/Event Bike/Run Session:
- Be a current Athlete or Member of the LPC Triathlon Club
- Have a current Triathlon Ontario Membership
- Follow Coach Mark Linseman and Coach James Loaring on your Zwift Companion App.
- Email your primary coach and let them know what your Zwift name is, and that you'd like to participate in the meetups/events.
WEDNESDAY MORNING BIKE (virtually indoors via Zwift) *every Wed at 615am EST unless noted below in red.
- Zwift Club Event (same ride structure as the Wed PM session)
- Time: Warmup starts at 615am. Workout duration typically 1h-1.25h.
WEDNESDAY EVENING BIKE (virtually indoors via Zwift) *every Wed at 6pm EST unless noted below in red.
- Zwift Club Event (same ride structure as the Wed AM session)
- Time: Warmup starts at 6pm. Workout duration typically 1h-1.25h.
SATURDAY MORNING RUN *every Sat at 9am EST unless noted below in red.
- Where: Eramosa River Trail, Downtown Guelph
- Time: Arrive by 855am by the west end of the Covered Bridge. Warm-up begins by 9am. Workout duration ~1h-90mins.
- Sat Nov 25th Run will take place at St. James Track and feature a 5k TT (on the track) OR a 10k TT on road. Group WU begins at 9am. TTs begins at ~940am. No RSVP or registration required.
SUNDAY MORNING BIKE (virtually indoors via Zwift) *every Sunday at 9am EST unless noted below in red.

- Time: Warmup starts at 9am. Workout duration typically 1.5h-2h.
