Upcoming LPC VIRTUAL EVENTS
LPC January Consistency Challenge
We are excited to launch the New Year with 31 days of excellent training consistency! There is no sign up required, and this Challenge is exclusive to current LPC Athletes and current LPC Members. We will announce new contests each week. Happy training teamLPC!
Your Mission: Develop healthy and consistent physical activity lifestyle habits.
Challenge Goals & Objectives:
Walking, hiking, running, cycling, swimming, XC skiing, swim cord routine, rowing, Pilates, yoga, tai chi, resistance exercises, physiotherapy exercises, team sports, etc. Provided it is “31 minutes of dedicated physical activity” in your day, it counts. If your coach has scheduled a day off training in your TrainingPeaks, then you can still achieve your daily objective if you bank at least 31 minutes of light walking and/or light physio injury-prevention exercises.
Happy Training!
