The LPC Hurdle Project is a not-for-profit support program for elite athletes, future elites, and young professionals who dedicate themselves to their work/studies as well as their sport.
The primary objective of the Hurdle Project is to help support, develop and recognize these aspiring athletes by providing them with:

- fully personalized in-person and web-based coaching that is dedicated to harvesting each athlete's potential.
- discounted and free-of-charge services, product, and equipment.
- a healthy and encouraging team culture where individual and team successes are celebrated by all.
A limited number of aspiring triathletes/runners are eligible for acceptance to our LPC Hurdle Project Team. All Hurdle Project Athletes receive a personalized "P3" Coaching Service at a 40% discount. In addition to this discounted performance personalized coaching service, all Hurdle Project Athletes are eligible to receive monetary support to help offset race-related expenses, and product support from our Hurdle Project Sponsors/Supporters.
Hurdle Project Athletes must fulfill one of the following minimum prerequisites:

Hurdle Project Athletes must fulfill one of the following minimum prerequisites:
- Elite: current Elite/Pro triathlete or runner status in Canada or other country (any age).
- Future Elite: motivated and hard-working, age between 15 and 23 (Junior or U23), short-term or long-term goal of competing in triathlon or running at the Elite/Pro level.
- Ambassador: under 30 years of age, motivated and competitive age-group athlete, working or studying part-time or full-time, coached teamLPC Athlete for at least one year.
All Hurdle Project Athletes are personally coached by LPC Coaches James Loaring, Mark Linseman, Alexandra Coates, Joanna Brown, and David Hopton.
