- Bike then Run:
Option 1: Group Bike will leave LPC HQ at 5pm (arrive btw 445pm and 455pm) and ride to Forestell Rd. Intervals along 4k segment of Forestell Rd. Option 2: Meet along this 4k segment anytime between 520pm and 6pm to join ride. - Group Run will begin shortly after bike, and it will start and finish from LPC HQ.

Aug 1 (Wed):
- BIKE/RUN Brick Workout at Rolling Hills: Main Set starts by 5:45pm.
Option 1: Meet at LPC HQ by 4:50pm. Begin riding out to MS location at 5pm. MS starts by 5:45pm.
Option 2: Meet at MS location by 5:30pm in order to start MS by 5:45pm (or no problem to join during MS after a short WU if you are late arriving).
- Stroke & Stride Aquathlon Series.

Aug 4 (Sat):
- Bike from LPC HQ. Arrive by 8:55am. Group Ride begins at 9:00am. Various duration and pace. Our rides are never cancelled--in case of poor weather we may ride indoors--please bring your bike trainer in the event of poor weather.
- Run shortly after bike.
Aug 5 (Sun):
- Run from LPC HQ. Arrive by 8:25am. Group run begins at 8:30am. Various duration and pace.
